What To Expect – Parking Lot Procedures
Welcome to Season 21, Ovation Studios Families!
We’re so excited to kick off a brand new season with you!
Before classes begin, we want to remind returning students & update new families of our parking lot procedures as the parking lot experiences exceptional busyness during the first few weeks of classes.
Please take a moment to review our drop-off, pick-up, & parking lot procedures.
Maple Leaf Parade – Saturday, October 17th

All current Ovation Studios students are invited to participate in our parade entry for the Carthage Maple Leaf Parade on Saturday, October 17th.
There is a $30 fee for participants that includes an Ovation black fleece crewneck sweatshirt & a black/purple hair bow that students will wear in the parade. Deadline to sign up is September 30th!
*Students age 6 & younger are invited to ride on the parade float with a parent accompany them. Parent and student will both be riding the float.
*Students age 7 & older will learn a dance routine & perform throughout the parade alongside our Performing Company dancers. Age 7 & older students must attend one of the rehearsal times below, welcome to attend both.

Dress Code
A Dress Code allows our students to not just align themselves with our studio’s culture, but also encourage concentration and a sense of inclusiveness. Uniformity in dance wear allows the teachers to assess how well the students are implementing technique being taught, problems with alignment, and other important aspects of dance training.

We are so grateful that your family has chosen to be at Ovation Studios, & we are so glad that you are comfortable here!
Please try to help keep the noise level down & walkways clear for students to find their teachers or family! We appreciate your help keeping our lobby a welcoming & organized place!
Lost & Found
Be sure to check out our Lost & Found for any items you may have left behind. Simply ask the front desk for their assistance, and they will direct you to it. All items remaining in the Lost & Found on the 15th of each month will be donated.
